BLACK ALTAR / VULTURE LORD: “Deathiah Manifesto” split album (February 15, 2022 , ODIUM RECORDS)

In the darkest abyss of chaos where time and space are impenetrable, Black Altar came into existence. It took its earthly shape during blasphemous Sabbath in the Night of Walpurgia Anno Bastardi 1996. He, as the first guardian of Black Altar, have started an unholy crusade.

Now, Black Altar return reinforcing their congregation with the unholy troops of Vulture Lord, releasing the split, “Deathian Manifesto”.

As it was stated, the Black Altar were formed of darkness and shadows and this feeling is interpreted in their music. A dark veil covers their four songs, creating a pitch black atmosphere that devours everything in its path. Soon, you will find yourself drawn into the “Sacrilegious Congregation”, praising the primordial shadows that once formed the black metal.

True to the old-school ways, Black Altar, present the history and traditions of black metal in their songs, offering a compact dose of the most unholy of the genres.

Vulture Lord choose a more straightforward approach, aiming for the neck with their blackened thrash sound. Stripped from any melodic lines, their fast, razor sharp riffs and relentless drum beats conclude the second part of the split.

Going as fast as possible in blind fury, like rabid wolves, the Vulture Lord, abandon atmosphere for raw aggression, with their songs for death, war and “Bloodstained Ritualknives”. Specifically, the “Bloodstained Ritualknives” is the epitome of chaos and filth, definitely not for the faint of heart.

Two masters of the ancient crafts unite their powers in this new split, unleashing a dark and unholy storm of black metal. Black Altar and Vulture Lord present their first collaboration, entitled “Deathian Manifesto” and I highly urge you to give it a listen and submit to its dark will.
